Very Good

The bed was quite comfortable. The location or the hotel is very near the Mansoni Metro station on the "A" line. There is a shared kitchen adjacent to the rooms with a full sized stove. The management worked quickly to resolve an issue I had. I am grateful.

There were only a couple of electrical outlets in the room. The heater is inside a bay window, so if you want to have heat, you must leave the drapes open on that window. Also, the light switches were not operational.

Good but think again before choose

Nice location and good price. the room is quite big. if you compare that room with other room, you can enjoy your personal life.

My room is end of the corridor on second floor but wifi is not stable. In that room. plug is not enough and toilet is out of room. this is very incovient,

Good

Place is great in general, super clean and close to metro so it is a big plus.

Two things. One of the nights, another person from our floor was probably drunk and didnt have his key so around 3 am he was kicking his room door for like 15 mins, problem is there is no hotel employee to help if you have a complaint, like seriously if you need help, you have to call police. i had to go out of my room and ask him to stop doing this. or like if there is a fire, no one is around. you have to hotel outdoor key. thought it was super weird. also there is no mirror inside the room so you have to go the bathroom which is outside the room, not very handy.

Wonderful

The staff were very gentle with good communication. The property was very clean and had a good location.

The bed that moved a lot and caused noises. And also the bathroom that was outside the room, it was private but you had to get out of the room through the corridor to get to the bathroom.

Good

The room was clean. The bathroom was adequate but the bathroom window opened up into a balcony that was accessible to workers, so there were times where you could not open the window during a shower (there was no fan) because there were workers outside. Can access a small kitchen which was equipped with basic utensils.

The walls were very very thin so you could hear people in ajoining rooms flush their toilet, take a shower or have a normal conversation. The desk was incredibly oversized so it blocked a large portion of the bathroom door. A bit of an inconvenience and sometimes a little dangerous, with the corner jutting out. Some parts of the wall was water damaged. The b&b is located in a bit of a rough neighbourhood, did not feel completely safe walking around there at night.

The location was perfect, close to transit so we could get around the city easily. The room was clean and we loved that there was a mini fridge available to keep our snack and beverages cold.

Good, just as expected.

The location was fairly central and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Everything was in order and the room and the bathroom was very clean.

The absence of the elevator was problematic as I had to lug a heavy suitcase over to the second floor but that is partly on me as I should have checked before booking and perhaps requested for a room on the first floor.

Good

The location was close to train station (about 15 mins walking distance). As we needed the place for only a few hours before our flight, it served our purposes well. For a long time of stay, it would not be ideal for a family with a kid as it is not that big. The room and bathroom was clean.

Nice location and comfort

Domus Santa Caterina is super well located, really near to a metro station (which is rare in Rome) with a lot of cafes and markets around. The bedroom was cleaned daily and the staff was amazing, super nice and they let us do our laundry there as well.

The “problem” is only the external bathroom that takes away some privacy and the shower is super small, so if you are plus size like me, you may have some troubles.

Good

The location is very good - in the real center and close to metro station. You can enjoy some restaurants in the area or just take the metro for a few stops and go in the crowd. The communication with the hosts was through WhatsApp - we did not see anyone in person, but the information provided was very efficient. As this is a central place, please note that it is very noisy. I don't put it on the negative field as this is normal for such locations - just take it into consideration when planning your trip.

We tried to use the ventilator attached on the ceiling and quite some dust fell from it. The bathroom is detached, so it might cause you some inconvenience.

Very Good

Close to Termini Station to the Colosseum, easy access to the metro station. Clean and tidy room. Good communication with the host.

Very noisy pipes when you flush the toilet, poor room insulation, you can here your neighbors well us well us the cars driving by, had windows facing the street, therefor had a bad night's sleep.

A comfortable and convenient stay before flying out of Rome

Great location- close to the Rome Terminal. It had many restaurants, cafes and mini marts close by. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The locks for both my room and the external private bathroom were very tricky. It took a few tries at finding just the right way of turning the lock but did make me anxious about locking myself in. They seem quite old and it wouldn’t be a bad thing to update them.
